Senator Bong Revilla accepts a plaque of appreciation from LTO Asst.
Secretary Arturo Lumibao as he is named Ambassador for Safety Ride by the Land Transportation
Office (LTO) and Motorcycle Philippines Federation (MCPF) for his relentless effort in promoting
motorcycle riding safety in the country, particularly for pushing the passage of the Mandatory
Hell Bill that would oblige all motorcycle riders, including back riders, to wear standard
protective helmets. The lawmaker vowed that he will continue to advocate safe ride not only for
the safety and convenience of road users but of all travelers in land, air and sea. Also in
